Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service in an office setting.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to be adaptable in a changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Process submissions, support customers’ quotes, orders, and inquiries.
• Answer calls and handle emails; provide courteous, timely, and effective service.
• Inform customers of order status, advising them of changes.
• Coordinate with transportation, planning, engineering and sales.
• Create cases in NetSuite for issue resolution and product design.
