TDP Bakery in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a full-time DOT Route Driver (Non-CDL) to deliver fresh-baked doughnuts to regional distribution centers. You will operate a 24-foot or larger box truck, perform pre-trip inspections, and ensure on-time deliveries in compliance with DOT rules.

No CDL is required; we provide the truck, training, and gear. You must be 21+, have a valid DOT Medical Card, two years driving a large box truck, a clean MVR, and pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience driving a 24-foot or larger box truck.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and ability to meet applicable DOT requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

In this role, you'll help us deliver fresh-baked doughnuts from our bakery to regional distribution centers, making sure our products arrive safely and on time. This is a DOT-regulated position, so we're looking for someone with a valid DOT Medical Card and at least two years of experience driving a 24-foot or larger box truck. No CDL is required! • Deliver fresh-baked products to regional distribution centers accurately and on schedule.

Required Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum two years of experience driving a 24-foot or larger box truck.
• Minimum one year of delivery driver experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card and ability to meet applicable DOT requirements. CDL not required.
• Current 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required at the time of interview. Obtain online at: https://www.tn.gov/safety/driver-services/mvr.html
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to begin work at 12:30 PM (end times may vary).
• Basic spoken and written English proficiency.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
