Job summary

TDP Bakery is seeking an Overnight Delivery Driver to pick up and deliver fresh products from our Charlotte distribution center to local stores. The role includes hands-on training, route planning, and safety-focused operations. You will drive a 10-foot box truck and perform pre-trip inspections.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a competitive salary and benefits package. Evening to overnight shifts, weekends, and a strong customer-service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 years of consistent driving history with a valid license.
• Ability to obtain driving record prior to interview.
• Available to work overnight shifts 6 PM–6 AM, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections using handheld devices.
• Load and organize products for delivery routes.
• Safely operate a 10-foot box truck while following traffic laws and safety policies.
• Use handheld devices and navigation tools for route management.
• Deliver products to stores, verify invoices, rotate stock, and restock as planned.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and store personnel.
• Unload returns and clean vehicle/equipment after routes.
