Job summary

TDP Bakery is seeking dependable, self-motivated team members to join our overnight Production Team in Finishing and Loading positions. You will help support daily bakery operations by finishing products, loading and moving product throughout the production process, maintaining cleanliness standards, and assisting supervisors in meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or bakery experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with finishing bakery products according to company quality standards.
• Load, move, and prepare products throughout the production process.
• Follow instructions from Leads and Supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Adhere to all GMPs and safety procedures.
• Support team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
