Job summary

TDP Bakery in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Sanitation Team Member for overnight shifts to keep production areas clean, safe, and compliant with GMPs. You will sanitize equipment, spaces, and processing areas and help maintain food safety across the facility.

Shifts run 10:00 PM–6:00 AM or 12:00 AM–8:00 AM; overtime and weekend work may be required. Pay starts at $14/hour with a benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), HSA, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas according to company procedures.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning and sanitation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and GMPs.
• Complete sanitation documentation and cleaning records accurately.
• Dispose of waste materials and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Inspect equipment and production areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
