Job summary

TDP Bakery in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is seeking a Sanitation Team Member to join our overnight shifts. You will clean and sanitize production equipment, spaces, and machinery, ensuring food safety and GMP compliance.

The role reports to the Sanitation Supervisor and GM, with shifts starting 10:00 PM or 12:00 AM. Experience in sanitation or manufacturing is preferred but not required, and the position offers full-time hours with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas according to company procedures.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning and sanitation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and GMPs.
• Complete sanitation documentation and cleaning records accurately.
• Dispose of waste materials and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Inspect equipment and production areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Report equipment maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or sanitation issues to supervisors.
• Support production readiness by ensuring all areas are clean and prepared for daily operations.
