Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Product Manager – Communications Premise & Connectivity in a hybrid role based in the Atlanta, GA area. The role drives profitable growth across a portfolio of communications infrastructure solutions, owning strategy, roadmap, and commercialization from concept to launch.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to develop and execute product line strategies and manage lifecycle from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, Technical Sales, Marketing, or related commercial role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Experience in telecommunications, communications infrastructure, utility, construction, or related industrial markets.
• Experience managing product portfolios and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with stage-gate product development processes.
• Experience with pricing strategy, market analysis, and commercialization activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product road mapping, new product development, and strategy for Communications market.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to deliver time-to-market.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, launch plans, and prototypes.
• Prioritize activities based on business impact and customer needs.
• Manage and rationalize products within brands while driving pricing and positioning.
• Visit customers to solicit feedback and build product knowledge across the portfolio.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and marketing literature for Primex Products.
