Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Typing speed 40–50 wpm.
• Reception or call center experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Able to build relationships and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline contact handling inbound and outbound calls across channels.
• Support sales teams with appointment scheduling and follow-up.
• Route inquiries accurately to the appropriate department or resource.
• Submit warranty requests and assist with portal and help desk tickets as needed.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with homeowners and buyers.
• Operate multiple systems and tools to assist customers.
