You will be the central liaison connecting customers with internal teams to resolve inquiries, support sales opportunities, and deliver an exceptional experience within the Love the Customer culture.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years customer service experience.
• Type 40-50 wpm.
• Reception and/or Call Center Experience.
• Friendly and calm demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls across channels.
• Schedule appointments and route inquiries for sales support.
• Build knowledge of systems, processes and departments.
• Submit and explain warranty requests where needed.
• Assist customers and sales teams throughout their journey.
