Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Excel and the ability to manipulate data effectively.
• Good communication skills with a desire to grow in presenting findings and insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer feedback programs through VoC initiatives (CSAT, NPS, etc.).
• Research end-to-end customer/employee experience for improvement opportunities.
• Investigate root causes and help develop solutions via CX projects.
• Produce and maintain project deliverables, including specifications and plans.
• Use data visualization tools to report and analyze feedback.
• Assist in planning events for the Customer Advisory Board.
• Other duties as assigned.
