Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a Software Development Intern for Summer 2027 at our Cleveland Headquarters. The role is hybrid and involves contributing to network analytics software, internal tools, and the full software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with development managers, product management, and software architects to translate requirements into design, implement components, and develop automated tests, while learning our standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow the software development life cycle and processes.
• Collaborate with Development Manager and Product Management to define feature requirements and specifications.
• Work with Software Architects to design feasible solutions and document results.
• Produce technical design documentation and participate in peer reviews.
• Implement software components according to design and timelines.
• Create unit tests and automated test scripts; assist QA with test plans and testing.
• Contribute to bug resolution pre- and post-release, including customer-reported issues.
