Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of background check.

Responsibilities

• Connect products or add-on services to customer needs.
• Assess customer needs and guide to premium solutions, including transitions between learning platforms.
• Fix immediate issues and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to recommend the right feature for budget and goals.
• Conduct outreach to leads, introduce training programs, qualify needs, and support enrollment.
• Coordinate learner communications and completion tracking using internal tools.
• Prepare quotes and sales docs, maintain CRM and LMS records.
• Provide logistics support for training engagements and event materials.
