Job summary

RectorSeal is seeking a Customer Communications Specialist to handle front-end communications with customers and route inbound inquiries to the Customer Solutions and Order Management Teams.

The role is based in Houston, TX with 3–4 days in the office and potential to move to remote work after demonstrated competence. You will support process improvements and help ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with detailed data entry and problem solving within an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct order processing through careful selection and routing of all order types.
• Monitor and support order processing through automation channels, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain and improve historical service levels, exceeding KPIs.
• Communicate effectively to manage a growing volume of inbound calls, tickets, and chats related to customer orders.
