Qualifications

• Must pass the Edison Electric Institute Customer Service Representative Test Battery.
• Ability to type a minimum of 45 w.p.m.
• Must have at least 3 years of customer-facing customer service experience.
• Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally in handling customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and services customers in person relating to service issues and billing.
• Apply service standards to all interactions with customers.
• Analyze customer needs using problem-solving and active listening.
• Provide clear information about products and services and recommend solutions.
• Update necessary information accurately within account profiles using the system.
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
