Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years progressively responsible work experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• In-office service contact for assigned groups; handle day-to-day servicing inquiries via email and phone.
• Coordinate GTB and certificate requests.
• Validate SBCs and Benefit Summaries reflect contracted terms and ensure timely SBC distribution.
• Prepare and submit renewal rate documentation; verify accuracy in HMSA's QNXT system.
• Assist with Open Enrollment and new group onboarding; collaborate with internal departments.
• Screen delinquency reports and perform proactive outreach when needed to protect group employees.
• Review retroactive transactions and assist with exception decisions; research claims when needed.
• Support inquiries from employer groups and meet customer retention and service metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team including SAM, ARC, ARS I and HPA; back up ARS teammates.
• Contribute to proactive sales and servicing strategies; back up for ARS team.
