Responsabilidades

• Directs and oversees Meter Reading, Field Services and Investigations sections; guides performance, staffing, training and morale.
• Plans meter reading routes and schedules to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Resolves customer escalations including fraud, tampering, billing errors, and delinquencies.
• Supervises staff, manages budgets, and prepares performance reports.
