Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, JDE, MS Dynamics.
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects that enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of customer accounts and build trust.
• Handle orders, returns, and update customer status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Channel, and Operations for on-time deliverables.
• Provide accurate order status and inventory availability updates.
