Job summary

Elo Touch Solutions in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist II to manage onboarding of customer accounts, process orders, handle returns, and provide ongoing project support. You will work with the Customer Success Organization, Operations, Product Management, Channel and Sales to deliver world-class customer experience.

This role requires a sense of urgency and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior experience with at least 1 year in a customer facing role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, MS Dynamics), Salesforce or CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of customer accounts and build trust.
• Actively manage order backlogs, quotes, and lead times.
• Assist with returns and support the RMA team with status updates and credit requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Channel, and Operations for on-time deliverables.
• Provide accurate customer status updates and inventory availability.
