Horizon Farm Credit, ACA is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join our customer-focused team. You may work in any available Horizon Farm Credit branch with some remote-eligible days per month, supporting digital banking users and handling payments and inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred or training in banking/finance.
• Generally 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone and email inquiries, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Own customer inquiries and connect new prospects with the right team.
• Process incoming phone payments and FastCash requests; assist with internal adjustments.
• Provide administrative support to branch operations and payoffs for customers.
