Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the first contact for customers, handling phone and email inquiries, processing service requests, and supporting digital banking users, with attention to accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; 2+ years in banking/finance ideal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer software knowledge and proven self-starter.
• Ability to answer routine customer questions independently.
• General knowledge of clerical and administrative duties to support branch operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to work branch hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–16:30).
• Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.
