Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Glenwillow, Ohio is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide best-in-class support to US customers, aligned with Edwards commercial practices and to help drive sales and service objectives.

The role requires handling orders, quotations, invoicing and cross-functional collaboration with account teams, credit management, and technical staff to quickly resolve issues and sustain strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year work experience in Customer Service.
• SAP preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter, expedite, monitor, and track customer orders and opportunities received via telephone, electronic communication and web portals. Processes order amendments as required.
• Prepare, track, file and maintain written quotations.
• Communicate activity to responsible Account Teams.
• Work with Credit Management on billing, pricing, tax status, freight terms, etc.
• Own customer issues and coordinate with technical support, logistics, product managers, and field sales for timely solutions.
• Prepare Open Order reports and provide status updates to customers and Account Teams.
• Manage shared Customer Care mailboxes and daily invoice processing.
• Complete Supplier Information Requests and route for approval.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies; process credits and rebills.
• Set up new customers domestically and for export.
• Resolve technical inquiries, quotations, and non-standard product questions.
