Qualifications
- Extensive analytical, troubleshooting and presentation skills.
- Expertise in diagnostic techniques for electrical, mechanical and software systems.
- Operational analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities and manage projects.
- Certified in established troubleshooting methodologies (8D, Kepner-Tregow, Shainin Red X, Six Sigma Black Belt).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional tech support team for superior customer experience.
- Serve as primary escalation point for regional technical issues.
- Drive improvements by coaching at individual and team level.
- Align daily decisions with global strategy and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with management and technical staff.
