Edwards Vacuum LLC is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support the Edwards North America Customer Center. You will manage US customer interactions, process orders, quotations, and invoice tasks while collaborating with sales, finance, and technical teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving in a hybrid on-site/off-site environment in Ohio. Previous experience in international or automated settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Customer Service.
• SAP preferred but not required; proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Enter, expedite, monitor, and track customer orders and opportunities via phone, email, or web portals.
• Prepare, track, file and maintain quotes.
• Communicate activity to Account Teams and resolve commercial issues with Credit Management.
• Coordinate with technical support, logistics, product managers, and field sales to resolve customer inquiries.
• Support Open Order reporting and daily invoice processing.
• Create and code new customer set ups (domestic and export).
