Job summary

Stenograph LLC is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Downers Grove, IL. The role handles orders, payments, and shipping inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction with accurate documentation in Navision and other databases.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, route calls, and maintain records while upholding corporate policies. The position requires in-office presence five days a week with a hybrid schedule and an $21 hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and make basic decisions.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Hybrid work schedule: in-office Tue-Thu, work from home Mon & Fri; in Downers Grove, IL.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal/external customer concerns via call center, email, or social channels about orders, billing, and policies.
• Document all activities and commitments in the ERP/CRM system (Navision).
• Operator duties include routing calls to the appropriate party.
• Minimize call length while providing quality service and ensuring coverage.
• Process/audit orders and contracts on the Stenograph site and internally.
• Maintain corporate databases with updated information.
• Understand customer scenarios and resolve to best serve customers and Stenograph.
• Provide administrative support for District Sales Managers.
