Qualifications

• At least two years of account management or customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
• Manage full order lifecycle for assigned customers to meet replenishment needs.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Communicate order, account, inventory, and complaint statuses to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with Sales on account initiatives.
• Coordinate product disposition (returns, transfers, non-stock sales, etc.).
• Assist Accounting, Trade Management, and customers with billing inquiries and data accuracy in customer systems.
