Job summary

Chicago Signs and Screen Printing is a junior-to-mid-level sales role in Chicago, operating in a hybrid environment. You will manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation to final delivery—helping clients choose apparel, embroidery, and signage solutions.

We provide training in sales processes and printing/production, with inbound leads from our website and online marketing boosting your prospects and a clear path to six figures through commissions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• OR relevant customer service/production experience in graphic design, screen printing, or embroidery with a strong interest in moving into sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and convert them into long-term client relationships.
• Meet with clients (in person, virtually, and in-shop) to scope out apparel, embroidery, and signage projects.
• Prepare quotes, coordinate with production/design teams, and manage orders through completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporations, nonprofits, and event organizers.
• Represent Chicago Signs and Screen Printing at networking events and in the community.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and pipeline activity.
