Qualifications

• Sales experience in the custom apparel/decorated goods industry (screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or similar).
• B2B sales experience with school districts, corporations, nonprofits, or event organizers.
• Background in graphic design, screen printing, or embroidery production transitioning into sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and convert them into long‑term client relationships.
• Meet with clients (in person, virtually, and in‑shop) to scope apparel, embroidery, and signage projects.
• Prepare quotes, coordinate with production/design teams, and manage orders through completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporations, nonprofits, and event organizers.
• Represent Chicago Signs and Screen Printing at networking events and in the community.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and pipeline activity.
