Job summary

Chicago Signs and Screen Printing in Chicago, IL is seeking an Account Manager to grow our client base and care for existing customers. The role blends in-shop production knowledge, remote follow-up, and field networking across the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (industry background is a plus).
• Experience with B2B sales to schools, corporations, nonprofits, or events is ideal.
• Background in graphic design or production helpful for product understanding and growth into sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and convert them into long-term client relationships.
• Meet with clients in person, virtually, and in-shop to scope apparel, embroidery, and signage projects.
• Prepare quotes, coordinate with production/design teams, and manage orders to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporations, nonprofits, and event organizers.
• Represent Chicago Signs and Screen Printing at networking events and in the community.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and pipeline activity.
