Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years coordinating a program.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong technology skills and fast learner.
• Experience managing knowledge base systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and vetting speakers and ensuring content aligns with UT OLLI guidelines.
• Lead online and hybrid class coordination; schedule Zoom, coordinate participants and hosts, manage recordings, and edit videos.
• Maintain digital curriculum content and assist with course catalogs and registration processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support registration and database functions; train staff and volunteers.
• Attend meetings and support program operations; contribute to data collection and program analysis.
