Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1 year of relevant professional experience required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative and motivation to support the university's academic mission.
• Ability to support operations across multiple educational projects and technological functions.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection: maintains curriculum and program records; supports assessment activities, collects student data, and prepares reports.
• Technology Management: manages educational program technologies and supports evaluation and implementation of tech-enabled learning.
• Communication: serves as a point of contact for students, faculty and staff, responding to inquiries and supporting program operations.
• Event Support: assists with planning and execution of outreach and engagement activities related to undergraduate curriculum programs.
