The University of Pittsburgh's Office of the Provost, Undergraduate Studies department, is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to join its team. Undergraduate Studies provides strategic leadership in developing innovative academic initiatives that support academic excellence and learner-centered education across undergraduate programs.

Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost of Curricular Innovation, the Curriculum Coordinator will help ensure operational success by coordinating technology, events,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1 year of relevant professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing and managing all aspects of multiple educational projects and technological functions of educational courses.
• Prepares classroom technology, proofreads exams, and serves as liaison between faculty and students.
• Assists with faculty recruiting and budgetary matters.
• Maintains curriculum and program records; supports assessment activities, collects student data, and prepares reports for the Assessment Manager.
• Manages educational program technologies and supports evaluation and implementation of technology-enhanced learning opportunities.
• Serves as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and supporting program operations.
• Assists with the planning and execution of outreach and engagement activities related to undergraduate curriculum programs.
