You will book appointments, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to changing guidelines while supporting a high-volume contact center. The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year call center or retail experience, and a strong emphasis on accuracy, attendance, and customer service

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D required.
• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer.
• Must pass a background check.
