Job summary

Centella is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to back the Customer Relations team in a hybrid South Florida setting. You will manage CRM data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support orders, quotes, and documentation to help accelerate the sales cycle.

Ideal candidates have a business-focused degree and 1–3+ years in sales support or admin, with preferred experience in medical equipment sales. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level business or related field preferred.
• 1–3+ years in sales support or admin.
• Experience in medical equipment sales preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain CRM data including customer, contact, opportunity, pricing, and activity records.
• Keep customer contacts up to date in the CRM.
• Route inquiries to Account Executives and Siemens Product Sales Execs as needed.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, logistics, finance, and service for timely orders.
• Maintain organized files for quotes, POs, contracts, and documents.
