Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading/writing/speaking).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in inbound/outbound call center or retail preferred.
• Ability to multitask while on calls and navigating a computer system.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
