Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Brea, CA to handle inbound calls, process orders, and create CRM cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM while maintaining accurate customer data.

You will support customers with requests, meet individual and team KPIs, and work with Microsoft Office tools, SAP, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment. This is a long-term temporary assignment with a Monday–Friday schedule and one day remote.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong communication, listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, flexible, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Medical device/dental implant knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining less than a 1% error rate.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages, and create CRM cases.
• Process orders and fulfill customer requests accurately.
• Research and resolve customer issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and database information.
• Meet individual performance goals and team KPI targets.
