Job summary

Kelly is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle incoming calls, process orders, create cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and resolve customer inquiries at the Brea, CA site.

You will maintain accurate customer information, meet individual and team KPI targets, and support special projects. Training runs for two weeks with a 6am-2:30pm shift; regular schedule is Mon–Fri with one remote day; pay is $27 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, take messages, and create CRM cases.
• Process orders and fulfill customer requests accurately.
• Research and resolve customer issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and database information.
• Meet individual performance goals and team KPI targets.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
