Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing, web optimization, or e-commerce, with hands-on CRO execution.
• Deep expertise with Optimizely Web Experimentation and Optimizely CMS.
• Proven ability to use generative AI to accelerate testing workflows.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Advanced Google Analytics 4 and user-behavior tools for data-driven decisions.
• Experience with B2B e-commerce and funnel optimization.
• Excellent QA and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on test build and deployment of A/B, split, and multivariate tests.
• Design and prototyping of test variations within Optimizely CMS.
• Configure personalized campaigns for priority segments.
• AI-assisted test ideation and rapid copy variation drafting.
• Analyze experiments, report results, and recommend next steps.
