Job summary

Federal Express Corporation in Memphis is seeking a compensation data analyst to ensure accurate crew pay by leveraging Excel, SQL and SAS. The role develops, analyzes, audits, and evaluates crew compensation in line with the CBA and SOPs.

The position is hybrid and based near Memphis; candidates must reside within 50 miles and be ready to work at the FedEx campus several times weekly, coordinating with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Two (2) years related experience with automated compensation systems, financial and operational analysis, and/or computerized crew management systems.
• Ability to perform data analytics utilizing Excel, SAS and/or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Performs data analysis utilizing Excel, SQL and/or SAS to ensure accurate compensation of crews' credit hours.
• Plans, develop, analyze, audits, and evaluate crew compensation to ensure accurate and timely accounting of crews' credit hours in accordance with the crews' collective bargaining agreement (CBA) and the department's standard operating procedures.
• Audits, maintains, and reconciles the crews' sick and vacation banks to ensure compliance with the CBA.
