Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience with automated compensation systems and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAS, and SQL for data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL and SAS to ensure accurate compensation of crews’ credit hours.
• Plan, develop, analyze, audits, and evaluate crew compensation per the CBA and SOPs.
• Audit, maintain, and reconcile crews’ sick and vacation banks.
