Federal Express Corporation is seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and implement enterprise back office financial systems supporting HR, finance, payroll and accounting. The role involves leading project teams, budgets, governance communications and executive-level reporting.
Minimum 5 years in financial systems analysis with strong analytic and organizational skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring of junior staff are key components of the role.
Under limited supervision, designs, develops and implements enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.
Quantitative business problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong organizational/time management and planning/project skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.

The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN, however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
Pay:
Monthly salary ranges: US: $9,208.38 - $20,872.33, CO: $9,208.38 - $20,002.65, CA: $9,719.96 - $16,575.08, NJ: $9,719.96 - $15,551.93, OH & VT: $9,719.96 - $16,523.93, MN: $9,719.96 - $19,132.97, IL & NV: $9,719.96 - $20,002.65,
Pay: MD, NY & WA: $9,719.96 - $20,872.33, MA: $10,231.53 - $20,872.33, RI: $11,254.69 - $19,132.97, CT: $11,254.69 - $20,002.65, DC: $11,766.26 - $20,002.65, NYC: $11,766.26 - $20,872.33.
