Job summary

Federal Express Corporation, known as FedEx, is seeking a project coordinator for a hybrid role at the Memphis campus. Candidates must reside within 50 miles and may be eligible for relocation.

Under supervision, you will coordinate and support the implementation of defined, small, low-complexity projects; assist with communication, documentation, and coordination; collect requirements; and help monitor budgets, timelines and risks.

Qualifications

• Finance/accounting or business systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of defined, small, low-complexity projects within procedures and standards.
• Provide support on project communication, documentation, and coordination for small projects.
• Collect and analyze project requirements with the sponsor/customer or senior colleagues.
• Assist in designing the implementation proposal and evaluating feasibility for projects.
• Regularly report progress and issues to senior peers or management.
• Support monitoring and tracking of project activities, budget, timeline and risks.
• Create reports on project progress and issues/risks for senior-level peers or management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
