Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure is seeking a Credit Controller to join a fast-growing group and support billing and collection of invoices. You will raise sales invoices, validate quotations for audit, and ensure adherence to credit and collection policies while coordinating with customers and the sales team.

In this role you will progress payments, respond to invoice queries, allocate bank receipts, and perform other duties as required by the Credit Control Manager.

Qualifications

• A-level standard.
• Experience in a high-volume invoice environment.
• Experience in a customer services environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise sales invoices and credit notes.
• Ensure quotation details meet audit requirements prior to billing.
• Ensure credit and collection policy and procedures are followed.
• Liaise with customers and the sales team.
• Progress payments due and chase overdue accounts by email, letter or phone.
