Job summary

Optos is seeking a Supervisor, Credit/Collections in Marlborough, MA for a hybrid role with three days in the office. You will lead a small team, optimize collections processes and ensure timely payments while delivering excellent customer service.

You will supervise three specialists, generate aging reports, collaborate with Sales and Contracts, and support month-end close activities. Strong communication and cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting preferred.
• 5+ years in credit and collections is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of three collections specialists.
• Make daily collections calls to identified accounts and set payment plans.
• Prepare aging reports and highlight past-due accounts for management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Contracts to resolve credit issues.
• Support month-end close related to bad debt and write-offs.
