Job summary

KONE is seeking a Credit & Collections Supervisor for the Americas New York Metro District. Hybrid schedule, primarily based in mid-town Manhattan. Lead a team to drive debt recovery, optimize collections processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will leverage 5+ years in collections and a finance-related degree to manage strategy, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic urban environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in collections or accounts receivable management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a collections or finance-related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee debt recovery for the district and ensure timely payments.
• Develop and implement collection strategies and processes.
• Lead and manage a collections team to optimize performance and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations and monitor financial performance.
