Job summary

GALLO Creative seeks an Associate Project Manager in Modesto, CA to own creative projects end to end across packaging, brand development, activations, POS, and digital. You will work with Brand Marketing, Commerce Marketing, and Corporate clients to scope, plan, and deliver on time and on budget.

You should have proven ability to run complex projects with ownership, strong client interfacing skills, and experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced, cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years in marketing communications, advertising, marketing/creative agency, digital, account management, or lean six sigma with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to interface with clients to scope business needs and formulate project plans.
• Proficiency in timelines, budgets, resource trafficking, and workflows.
• Ability to manage straightforward to mid-complexity projects start to finish on time and on budget.
• Excellent time-management and multi-project coordination capabilities.
• Autonomy and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own creative projects end to end across packaging renovations, brand development, activations, POS, and digital.
• Scope work, build timelines, manage budgets and resources, align cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks early and maintain quality while keeping work moving.
• Translate client needs into actionable plans for creative teams from brief to shelf.
