RealAdvice is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support property research, client coordination, and daily operations in Tampa. You’ll manage research, records, client communication, invoicing, and office tasks while learning our ProperTax™ process.

Reporting to the CAO, you’ll grow toward greater independence and client responsibility as you demonstrate reliability, clear communication, and comfort with new technologies in a collaborative, evolving environment.

Competenze

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate through work experience or education.

Mansioni

• Research property, ownership, and transaction information that supports ProperTax analyses; organize documents and check records for accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues: coordinate information requests, track deadlines, and follow up.
• Prepare professional correspondence and maintain accurate client and project records.
• Share in day-to-day office operations: support invoicing, answer and route calls, and assist with office coordination.
• Learn our systems and identify practical ways to improve workflows; we welcome constructive feedback from all team members.
