Adecco is assisting a client with a Corporate Recruiter opening in San Francisco, CA, offering hybrid work. The role involves partnering with stakeholders, sourcing passive candidates, and managing 15–20 searches while driving data-driven hiring decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-volume recruiting, strong communication, and experience influencing senior leaders. Bachelor's in business/HR is preferred and Oracle/ATS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to influence outcomes.
• Experience hiring for corporate or operations roles.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to drive recruitment activity across requisitions.
• Source passive candidates through diverse channels.
• Manage 15–20 concurrent searches and keep stakeholders informed.
• Assess recruiting performance using data and reports.
• Align with candidate expectations throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build job descriptions and hiring processes.
