The candidate will manage matter workflows, coordinate client and cross‑functional communications, and oversee billing and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy. 5+ years of legal support experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years supporting organizational leadership in a professional services setting.
• 3+ years as legal assistant or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manages full lifecycle workflow for assigned attorneys.
• Coordinates intake, conflict checks, and new matter forms.
• Tracks projects, milestones, and status reports with minimal supervision.
• Supports billing inquiries, time entry, and matter budgets.
• Coordinates client communications and cross‑functional teams.
