Unity Search Group is partnering with a premiere hospitality company to identify a VP Corporate Controller in Plano, TX. This leader will report to the CAO and oversee all accounting and financial reporting, shaping policies to improve close and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred/required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical/analytic capabilities.
• Hands-on leadership across diverse business scenarios, from growth to integration.
• 5+ years of people management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions for the client.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the corporate accounting department.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline close and reporting processes.
