Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience with litigation support in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience coordinating document collection, productions, discovery activities, and litigation holds.
• Familiarity with insurance claims administration and reporting.
• Proven ability to engage with executives, operations, finance, HR, risk management, project teams, and outside counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support, corporate governance and entity management support, IP administration, and compliance administration.
• Assist with coordination of documents, discovery, and litigation hold processes.
• Track custodians, deadlines and matter status, and coordinate communications with outside counsel and stakeholders.
• Prepare case materials, chronologies, and summaries for internal and external teams.
• Support insurance claims administration and reporting as needed.
